Job Description:

One of our top clients is looking to identify and hire a Project Manager to work alongside the delivery team to help build, launch and support websites and applications. This individual will be interacting directly with clients to understand requirements as well as collaborating with the development team and design team to make sure project requirements are built on time and within budget.
 
This is a fast paced environment where the ideal candidate must be capable of multi-tasking effectively and efficiently (previous consulting experience is a major plus). My client is looking for innovative solutions driven individuals who are passionate about technology. My client has an entrepreneurial spirit and are giving existing PM’s a lot of autonomy so they expect any PM that is brought on board to have enough previous experience to get caught up to speed quickly and hit the ground running.
 
You will be asked to facilitate client meetings and coordinate discovery sessions between your team and the client. You will be asked to estimate project costs and determine timelines. If need re-scope projects when new features are requested and have experience and capability if creating SOWs.
 
To be considered for the project manager opportunity you must know or have the following experience:
- Previous experience interfacing directly with external clients.
- Prior experience writing SOW’s, estimating project costs and timelines.
- Experience with project monitoring tools like Google Docs, Excel, Asana.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Accountability is vitally important. Someone who has previous experience demonstrating that they have or can be held accountable for project budget, timeline, tracking progress, understanding client’s needs and properly communicating those needs to the project team.
