Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering
relationships and collaboration
Develop and execute strategic account plans to align with client

Establish KPIs to monitor partnership success and proactively
address any client issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in client relationship or account
management, preferably in B2B
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
priorities
