from you.The Headlines:In the role of Sr. Dir Solutions & Platforms
working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Information
Technology team reporting to the VP, Product Solution Owner -
Commercial Technology. You will spearhead the delivery of
innovative solutions and maintain accountability for platform
performance in support of our commercial objectives. This role
combines strategic vision with technical expertise. You will need
to effectively balance strategic knowledge of the beverage
business, accountability for commercial technical capability
delivery, and deep technical expertise in our platforms (i.e e-com,
CRM, consumer data) to drive commercial and technology goals.This
role must have strong and trusting relationships with senior
executives. This person is in lockstep with Product leaders with
effective communication pathways in order for the team to deliver
against goals. This role requires strong business acumen and the
ability to innovate and drive a technical agenda to meet commercial
goals. This role plays a critical role in the intersection of tech
strategy & business strategy.The role ensures solutioning is
innovative and operations run smoothly on a global scale.
Successful leadership in this role is someone who possesses a
strong understanding of the technical domain they oversee and can
effectively coach and grow technical talent at various levels. This
leader will ensure technical talent remains modern,
transformational, and best in class. The leader must speak the
language of architects, developers, etc. so they understand and
remain accountable for high value deliverables.The
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively between technical and business &
product teams
- Accountable for all the commercial platforms MCBC uses
- Drive continuous improvement and rapid response to changing
business needs, sharing accountability with Product Teams for
measurable business outcomes
- Platform Strategy and Capability Delivery:
- Developing and executing platform strategies, working with
product teams, enterprise architects, and operations
- Ensure platforms meet performance, reliability, quality, and
scalability metrics
- Ensuring platforms deliver the necessary capabilities for
product teams by understanding business context and vendor product
roadmaps
- Drive collaborative discussions with Product organization,
ensuring balance is maintained between platform health and product
roadmaps
- Technical Oversight and Solution Development:
- Leading technical solutioning and innovation, minimizing
customization and adhering to current standards and engineering
principles
- Collaborating with product teams to ensure alignment with
business needs and maximizing value of SaaS investments
- Ensuring simple, high-quality solutions are delivered that meet
goals for business outcomes and key results
- Team Leadership and Talent Development:
- Intentionally develop and drive technical team to achieve and
maintain best-in-class standards, become a destination team for
sought-after technical talent
- Leading for a culture of curiosity, customer-centricity, and
innovation
- Accountable to oversee the performance of a technical team
- Agile Delivery and DevSecOps Practices:
- Ensure adoption and continuous improvement of DevSecOps
practices
- Ensure adherence to agile delivery standards for IT
solutions
- Contribute to LACE and other Agile forums to drive continuous
improvement from a platforms and solutions standpoint
- Vendor Management and Issue Resolution:
- Collaborating with vendors and partners, taking the lead on the
technical aspects of vendor relationships
- Gain a seat at the table with key vendor customer boards,
influencing vendor technical roadmaps
- Own platform licensing, renewals and usage conversations
- Drive cross-functional resolution when escalations occur with
complex technical issues by collaborating with vendors, product
teams and IT and engineering subject matter expertsThe Other
Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or STEM
discipline OR equivalent experience; master's degree and previous
experience in commercial technology a plus
- You have at least 10-15 years of experience in solution
architecture, engineering, development, and delivery using a
complex technology stack
- Comfort operating in a large, matrixed global organization,
with awareness of engaging appropriate stakeholders in key
activities
- You have a proven track record of leading IT solution
delivery/software engineering in a commercial setting using agile
methodologies
- You have strong understanding of platform management principles
and accountability
- You have experience with DevSecOps, continuous integration, and
continuous delivery practices
- You have excellent leadership and communication skills, with
the ability to manage cross-functional teams of agile teams
- You have experience leading and developing innovative
engineering teams that blend business acumen and technical
excellence
- You have deep technical expertise in commercial platforms
utilized at MCBC, such as Salesforce, common consumer data
platforms, pricing and promotional solutions, etc.
- You have extensive experience with certification in development
and architecture frameworks
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and
adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired
outcome

Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for
the work they do.Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $168,400.00 -
$221,000.00 (posting salary range) + 30% target short term
incentive + $50,000 + 800 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long
term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee,
including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement
with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP +
paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).The
posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith,
