## Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Leader (Senior Director/VP level) to
spearhead our AI-assisted software delivery practice. This
strategic role will be instrumental in shaping our AI services,
go-to-market strategy, and capability development across the
organization
.
## Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI-assisted
software delivery services -
-Create deliverables and content for sales teams to effectively
sell AI solutions
- Provide inputs for capability development in the professional
services organization
- Manage investments and resources allocated to AI initiatives
- Build out the practice area, including defining service offerings
and delivery methodologies
- Collaborate with research teams and emerging tech groups to
incorporate cutting-edge AI technologies into service offerings
- Present at conferences and engage with key stakeholders to
promote
' AI capabilities
## Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- Extensive experience in software engineering leadership roles
(e.g., Head of Software Engineering, CTO)
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, including but not limited
to:
- Machine Learning
- Natural Language Processing
- Large Language Models
- Knowledge Graphs
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Broad knowledge of programming languages and frameworks
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and software
architecture
- Experience with data storage technologies, relational databases,
and knowledge graphs
- Track record of delivering large-scale software projects
## Required Skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate technical concepts
into business value - Hands-on technical leadership
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work in ambiguous
environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in investment portfolio management
- Ability to work effectively with diverse, global teams

- Adoption of AI capabilities across ThoughtWorks' professional
services organization
- Revenue growth in AI-related services
- Thought leadership contributions in the AI and software delivery
space
