Wilo is one of the leading manufacturers of pumps & pump systems for heating, cooling & air-conditioning solutions, water supply, and sewage and drainage. Wilo USA acquired Weil Pump and Scot Pump in 2017, American-Marsh Pumps in 2019 and QuantumFlo in October 2021, HydroServe in 2023 and Plad in 2023.
New manufacturing facility with climate control, lots of natural lighting, and an on site gym with personal trainer! We are located about 30 minutes north of Milwaukee.
Job SummaryThe Training & Resources Development Intern will be working closely with the Corporate Training & Development Manager in the planning, development, organization, implementation, and delivery of online educational resources and online and face-to-face training events for Wilo's channel partners, distributors and service personnel. The intern would complete one to three priority projects based on Wilo's Training Program needs and the interest of the intern.

• Administrative SupportRequirements:Qualifications - Must have: - Enrolled student currently pursuing an undergraduate (rising junior or senior) degree. - Strong interest in learning and development, instructional design, or human resources. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  Qualifications - Would like to have: - Previous experience with LMS platforms or e-learning tools is a plus but not required. - Experience in simple video recording and editing.
