Job Description:

GENERAL FUNCTION: Individual will work with relationship managers and/or portfolio managers to provide expert advice to clients in one of several specialty areas. Advises clients on the use of specialized financial products and services and providesefficient solutions to meet clients'' needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Advises clients on the use of specialized financial products, such as hedging, estate services and others and provides solutions to meet clients'' needs.

* Manages delivery of most complicated products.

* May assist in new product development.

* May provide training and guidance to more junior staff.

* May provide guidance and focus on the design of contractual documents.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

May provide training, guidance and education to more junior level product specialists.

Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth and recognize and reward employees foraccomplishments.
