  • Job Details
  • Certified Surgical First Assist position at WIMIL WFH Elmbrook Memorial in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
  • Working hours: 1000-2030 with one rotating day off weekly.
  • Call: based on department needs, currently 1-2 week night shifts, one full weekend per 4 week schedule.
  • Experience required in Neuro, Robotics, Orthopedics (especially total joints), and Vascular.
  • Previous surgical tech experience preferred, EPIC familiarity expected.
    • Job Requirements
    • Required to have a current state nursing license verification within 30 days prior to assignment.
    • Mandatory completion of Core Competencies and Specialty Exam.
    • Proven documentation of MMR and Hepatitis B vaccinations or declinations.
    • Influenza Vaccine required annually, with no exemptions accepted.
    • Fit Test must be done annually.
    • Valid Tdap vaccination required.

      • AHA certification for BLS mandatory.
      • Must provide 2 professional references prior to first assignment.
      • Criminal Background Check Results required before onboarding.
